Applies to: Businesses in Nepal listing on the platform.
Free during the growth phase
Listing your business is free while we build the supplier base. There is no listing fee, no commission on introductions, and no subscription.
If we introduce charges later, we will give notice first, and existing listings will not be switched to a paid plan without your agreement.
Represent yourself accurately
Describe what you actually produce or supply. State minimum order quantities, capacity and lead times honestly, including when they are uncertain.
Do not claim certifications you do not hold. Do not present another business’s products, photographs or facilities as your own.
Keep your listings current. Remove or archive products you can no longer supply.
Responding to buyers
A quotation you submit is a genuine offer on the terms stated, valid for the period you set.
Respond to enquiries within a reasonable time, or not at all — a slow reply is worse for a buyer than a clear decline.
Honour the price and specification you quote, or explain promptly and clearly why they have changed.
Verification
Verification is voluntary but strongly recommended: buyers filter for it.
Submit documents that are current, legible and yours. Submitting altered documents will result in removal from the platform.
You must tell us if something material about your business changes — ownership, registration status, or the categories you can actually supply.
Export compliance
You are responsible for complying with Nepali export law and with the import requirements of the buyer’s country, including any licences, certificates or restrictions that apply to your goods.
We do not provide export advice and do not check that a shipment is lawful.
Removal
We may remove a listing or suspend an account for misrepresentation, for repeated unresponsiveness that damages buyer trust, or for conduct that puts other users at risk.
