Applies to: Buyers sourcing from Nepal.
What we do and do not do
We introduce you to businesses in Nepal and carry your requirements and messages. We are not an agent, a broker, an inspector or an escrow service.
We do not hold your money, do not guarantee any supplier’s performance, and are not a party to your contract.
Do your own due diligence
Our verification confirms identity documents, not capability, solvency or quality. Treat it as a starting point, not a substitute for your own checks.
For a first order, consider a sample, a factory reference, an inspection, or payment terms that protect you.
Be cautious of any supplier who pushes you to move the conversation off-platform immediately, refuses a written specification, or demands unusual payment terms.
Posting requirements
Describe what you need clearly: specification, quantity, destination and timeline. Vague requirements get vague quotations.
Post genuine requirements. Do not use the platform to collect competitor pricing without any intention to buy.
Do not include confidential information in a public request — public requests are visible to suppliers and may be indexed.
Dealing fairly
Suppliers spend real time preparing quotations. Tell them when you have decided, including when the answer is no.
Do not share a supplier’s quotation with their competitors to drive the price down.
Reporting problems
If a supplier misrepresents themselves, use the report function. We investigate reports and act on the ones we can substantiate.
We cannot recover your money or enforce your contract. Report a fraud to the relevant authorities as well as to us.
