The principle
This platform works only if a buyer in another country can trust what they read here. Every rule below follows from that.
Be who you say you are
One account per business. Do not create additional accounts to appear as multiple suppliers, to evade a suspension, or to post reviews of yourself.
Do not use a company name, logo or registration that is not yours.
List honestly
Photographs should show the goods you actually supply. Stock imagery must not be presented as your own production.
Specifications, capacity and certifications must be accurate. "We can probably arrange it" is not a certification.
Prohibited listings
Anything unlawful to sell or export from Nepal, or to import into the buyer’s country.
Protected wildlife, unlicensed cultural artefacts, counterfeit goods, weapons, controlled substances, and anything requiring a licence you do not hold.
Communication
No unsolicited bulk messaging, no harvesting of contact details, no abusive or discriminatory language.
Do not attempt to move a new counterparty off-platform before any relationship exists — it is the most common precursor to a scam here.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may remove content, remove a verification mark, restrict features, suspend an account, or remove it permanently.
Every administrative action is recorded with who took it and why.
If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the notice you received and ask for it to be reviewed.
